Assessment Reporting and Score Management
As part of NOCTI’s standard assessment package, test takers receive a comprehensive set of reports. The standard scoring package includes:
- Group Report: Summary of overall performance.
- Score Analysis: Insightful breakdowns of trends and patterns.
- Individual Report: Detailed results for both knowledge-based written and skill-based performance assessments.
Access the Score Report Quickview document for an at-a-glance summary of results.
NOCTI also offers customized reporting options for more detailed insights, including year-end summaries with visual graphs and charts and competency-level breakdowns. For additional information on customized reporting and pricing, contact NOCTI. These options are designed to support meaningful analysis and informed decision-making.
Turnaround Time
Score reports for teacher assessments are typically available within two business days after answer sheets are received, or online user codes are released. A notification email is sent to the Site Coordinator when reports are available in the Client Services Center.
Answer sheets requiring corrections may be returned to the Site Coordinator, or corrections may be completed by NOCTI for an additional fee.
Score Reports
Score reports are available in the Client Services Center. Site Coordinators can:
- Share results with test takers and appropriate stakeholders.
- Print reports as needed.
- Save reports in PDF or Excel formats.
- Export scoring data for specific date ranges using the NOCTI Data Extract tool.
These tools support efficient tracking, analysis, and use of assessment results.
Certificates
Test takers who meet or exceed NOCTI’s Criterion-Referenced Cut Score receive a Teacher Competency Verification certificate. Certificates are available for printing in the Client Services Center, allowing Site Coordinators to distribute them promptly to eligible candidates.
